At Amigos Pelusones, we want you and your pets to be completely satisfied with every purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer the following return policy:

    • You have 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return.
  2. Return Conditions:

    • The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of use, and in its original packaging.
    • You must present the proof of purchase (receipt or invoice).
  3. Non-Returnable Products:

    • Personal hygiene products for pets (such as shampoos, brushes, etc.) that have been opened.
    • Pet food and snacks that have been opened or partially consumed.
    • Customized or made-to-order products.
  4. Return Process:

    • Once the return is approved, we will provide you with detailed instructions on how to send the product back to our facilities.
  5. Refunds:

    • Once the returned product is received and verified, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
    • The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  6. Shipping Costs:

    • The shipping costs for returning the product will be borne by the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors in the shipment by Amigos Pelusones.
  7. Defective Products or Incorrect Shipments:

    • If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us immediately. We will cover the shipping costs and offer you a quick solution, either a replacement product or a full refund.
